Well, you wouldn't see this proposal in the classic downtown skyline view. It's outside the downtown in a mostly suburban area with a few other apartment/condo complexes. I'm sure architype will do a render for us of the "east end" skyline with this development when he gets around to it , but as for the classic skyline picture from signal hill, you won't see these buildings from there
