In addition to the Law School and 112 Courtland, didn't GSU propose a new science building? I think it's in site prep already:

Also, it may be worth adding the new Falcons stadium to the downtown list. I'm privy to some "inside baseball" that predicts an 11-4 or 12-3 vote in the City Council, the last hurdle for approval. Some equally credible sources have indicated that the south site is a 5-1 favorite over the north site.
