A larger wheel might take quite a while to assemble vertically and would probably be constructed horizontally and erected while smaller wheels are built vertically since they are smaller, and it won't take long to life the pieces up, and to join them together.

Whoah that was crazy, thanks for the vid (and info). Now I hope they build vertically. That will be way more interesting to watch!
