Nice. I'm looking forward to the library. If they get it finished before Green and Seaholm get started, then it'll be a good place to observe the construction sites of those two. And it'll be good for watching 3 Eleven Bowie. Supposedly it'll have a 6th floor "reading deck" that wraps around the building. And judging from the elevations, it's a highrise. 123 feet to the mechanical penthouse roof. 104 feet to the main roof and 85 feet to the 6th (top) floor. I had to measure the mechanical penthouse roof height with a sheet of paper and pen, but that seems correct.

I still haven't been able to find the site plans for any of the Seaholm buildings or any of the Green buildings. I have good heights for the Green towers, but only a main roof height for the Seaholm residential tower. It's probably 10 to 15 feet taller than the height I have (314 feet). And for that matter I still haven't found the site plans for Ausin Skyhouse. I got the heights from the developer, but I'd still like to see the elevations anyway.
