I knew that...just seems likes there's no standards to distinguish what's being excavated and what's under construction in those threads. example: 432 park was "under construction" while still being excavated and with no confirmation of any financial backing; 400 Park ave S. shouldn't be under construction either in that case...but getting off topic here.
