Interesting - I hadn't seen that yet.
I can't imagine it's going to have the same level of finish out as on that website if these are going to be apartments.
I don't see the supply in leasing outweighing demand anytime in the next 5 years and probably much longer if Austin retains its hostile stance against mf housing.
