Ah, I think I figured it out. It's not the Andaz hotel. That didn't seem right to me, either. The layout is all wrong. I believe this is
a 5-story apartment development simply called "East Avenue".
That's kind of a bummer. I can't even tell if it's going to be mixed-use. That area needs more height.
