Just watched a report on CBC about Target and how it will affect the retail market in Winnipeg. The angle they took was that Grand Forks will be affected more. Not sure about that, unless Target is somehow going to drop prices dramatically, that allure of buying a $25 in Winnipeg shirt for $5 in Fargo is still going to be there.
