I didn't say it wouldn't do well, I said that the number of people who make a lot of money is lower in Winnipeg than it is in other cities where Nordstrom's would typically put a store. And there is a large difference between households making more than 100k and an individual making more than 100k. And really, the only store I would compare to Nordstrom's in Polo Park would be Hugo Boss/Harry Rosen, which is doing well I'm sure, but isn't 120,000 sqft.

Number of millionaires in Manitoba? I'm guessing less than 1,000. Number of Millionaires in Minnesota? Around 100,000.
