A site plan has been submitted to the city for review, and according to case manager Christine Barton-Holmes, some back-and-forth discussions have ensued. Current entitlements allow for 60 feet of height β or five to six stories.
Elevations that were submitted show areas where the project would be closer to nine stories and 90 feet tall.

The article says that the best-case scenario would have the project breaking ground in the 2nd quarter of 2013 and would take 18-20 months to complete.
So this article is nearly 3 months old. Does anyone know if the developers asked to have the property rezoned to be able to increase the height?
