Was looking at
the emerging projects poster and noticed that Post is thinking about building a boutique hotel/condominiums at Lamar & Riverside, which is currently the Taco Cabana. That would be awesome! I
hate that Taco Cabana. It has no business being there. The poster said it would be "about 150 rooms ... with 12 condominiums on the top floors". 150 rooms sounds pretty big!
On the issue of the Hyatt parking garage, the poster says that they're also building a "ballroom and meeting rooms on the existing south parking lot".
