Good point - pedestrians headed to the complex may be run over by the LRT.
It's a bit odd, too, since PCI, same developer as this, DOES have an integrated plan for Marine Gateway.
Gateway Station in Surrey is also directly connected to Gateway Tower, so there is some precedent in Surrey - though that was built almost 20 years ago.
