3 existing. But each time the malls themselves are being retained (and indeed expanded) not replaced with condos. Also the Brentwood one (the largest of all) also has a rather large office component, with 2 office towers up to 40 floors tall currently within the final build out scope of the project.
As for completely new complexes, there is also the Marine Station mall / condo / office project currently u/c (1 office tower, 2 condo towers, and a mall at the base beside the train station).
