Quickly introducing the place to those not familiar with it, Rennes is the capital city of Brittany, a region of northwestern France.
2009 census population:
- 206,604 city proper
- 663,214 metro area
They're planning a new business district called EuroRennes around the station which a railway being turned into HSR comes to.
So this proposed should sit in that district, it's planned to be completed in 2017.
