Proposals for a new state office building in north Central Austin and two mixed-use projects near the Capitol have been submitted to the Texas Facilities Commission.
The public-private partnerships are being reviewed by staff members before the full proposals, minus proprietary information, are posted on the agency's website.
■ A state office building and mixed-use project at the southeast corner of 51st and Guadalupe streets, on the parking lot at the state's John H. Winters office complex.
■ A mixed-use project at a state parking lot on the southeast corner of 11th Street and Congress Avenue.
■ A mixed-use project on the northeast corner of 15th and Lavaca streets, a parcel that includes a state parking lot and the state employees' child care facility.
