By the scale of the change (3.8%), I think the worst you are going to see is every 8 minutes on the Millennium Line and Surrey. Or maybe it'll be every 7 minutes to match the Canada Line.

The funny thing is they say they can save 0.5 million annually by slashing 45,000 hours from SkyTrain. So for each hour in service reduction, they only saved about $11
