This would be E.A. Forrester's house at 949 West 7th Street-- where the Statler/Wilshire Grand is about to no longer be. He moved to 1121 S Lake St between 1905 and
1907, and that house still stands:

It's just down the street from the Lady in a Cage house we've see here before (1132 S. Lake):
