Hey Chris, thanks for the updates much appreciated. In reference to the boutique hotel by Sunstone the former harbour masters building will be part of the project as a restaurant space separate from the new hotel construction.
The project on McDermot and Waterfront(aprox.) is a redevelopment of the building with them filling in the awkward gap (in the picture) for more floorspace. The name of the tenant escapes me but i'm sure someone will chime in.
