I have some concerns about the growth. Burnett North of 2222, I'm totally ok with. It's really ugly. Burnett from 45th up through North Loop especially I think should remain a little lower density.
Once the turn lane starts I think the road can handle a bit more density.. but that doesn't seem to be the area the developers are interested in.
