Super awesome! For like ever I didn't like going north of 35th, but over the past year I have been going up to even North Loop a lot. So many cool things in that part of town now. Lots of potential. And some of these look pretty cool.

From those pictures it is kind of hard to figure out the Burnet Place. Like the pictures in deerhhoof's post show that the street part has what looks like street retail. And then in the picture in Jon's post one of them has the Cafe sign, but with that glass it is hard to tell how much street retail there really is. I'm guessing it is going to be there? Don't know. But hope so. It looks good.
