This is outrageously ridiculous. I know financing and profit margins are at play. And, I know that the economy has changed since 2008. But, our lazy ass city council was in such a hurry to get "something" built on this site, they didn't hold Trammell Crow's feet to the fire.

What a drastic change from the original proposal to the one which “may” be built…let’s not forget that Trammell does not have to build this out. They may be forced to pay some fines; but, they are not forced to have to build anything.

And if that is the case…another RFP will be sent out by the city and the whole bidding process begins again.

What a bunch of stupid idiots. Bring on single member districts. This might not completely change things; but, it will be SO much better than what we have today!!! Our council members will have to “answer” to the constituents within their respective districts.
