well, it seems to me that the west end just isn't pulling its weight, and that vancouver would be a lot better served with 3-5 story buildings along robson, davie, granville, and denman instead of the 1-2 stories currently (aside from granville, which is getting better). so you could probably dig up dozens of potential sites in that quadrant.
