Some people will love it, no doubt. To each their own I guess.
I'd like to see those lots out front developed into commercial and residential space. Create a street wall / boulevard leading from Wentworth to the main entrance. Parking could be tucked away behind these buildings. That would make the place slightly more urban at least.
