NYC will be completely unrecognizable (in a good way, ofc.) from a distance 10 years from now. The fact that there are 15 supertalls currently U/C, undergoing site prep, approved and proposed, not to mention several more that have yet to be formally proposed such as 425 Park, 237 Park, 285 Madison and several more at HY, including one lot capable of yielding something noticeably taller then HY North Tower. Can't forget about the ones that will be revealed after the Javits gets redeveloped and the midtown rezoning happens.
