My problem is with the big healthy west coast oysters that you have to bite into,
then chew to get down. THAT makes me gag. It shouldn't take two bites at an oyster.
Give me those shriveled east coast oysters. Or better yet those bacteria-y gulf oysters in July on a hot bar top in New Orleans.
