Galleria London (aka Citi Place) is halfway better but still has a long recovery path ahead. The new side of the lower mall (south) is almost completely reno'd, looks great and appears to be 100% occupied. The upper South side is mostly educational, with the theatre still clinging to life. The other side has not been much renovated. Lower level about 2/3 full (half of which chains, the other local crafts), upper level about 1/2 vacant, with mainly health offices and some education.
Anybody remember the world's most convoluted/confusing mall? Les Terrasses, Montreal? Replaced by Montreal's Eaton Centre (which for years was also halfway dead).
