I love the Vermont Square Library. It reminds me of a Louis Sullivan design.
So what are they doing in this recent photo? At first I thought they were retrofitting, but the more I look at the photo the more the metal pipes resemble...dare I say....
gutters!? Would they really place them like that...as opposed to the corners where gutters are usually placed?
