Even the best PR people would have a hard time putting a positive spin on anything the Village Idiot has to say. He just doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. Most of this was put in the past and he is the one who has brought it up again. I think most councilors were happy to leave sleeping dogs lie, but this moron had to bring it up again. It's almost like he enjoys the abuse.
