With all the condos popping up in the area, the lower level could probably turned into an urban supermarket especially if they opened up access out on to Nicholas street. It would certainly liven up that ugly blank wall by the sad lonely heritage City Registry Office. I'm thinking something like the
Maple Leaf Gardens Loblaws in Toronto.
