I think that Walmart may be thinking about a dynamic about Hamilton Mountain that goes like this.
The Walmart Supercentre on Upper James Street would be a store for the geo-region for anywhere from Upper Paradise or Garth Street to the west side of Upper Wentworth, and a Walmart Supercentre located at Upper Sherman and Mohawk East would be for everything from the east side of Upper Wentworth all the way to Mountain Brow Boulevard.
And like I said previously, a Walmart Supercentre for Upper Sherman and Mohawk East could play off the Lime Ridge Mall district and help to benefit all of East Mountain.
