Looks like the back wall is expecting some form of artwork. I for one really hope it's not the same mind numbing type of mural like the one they placed on the back wall at Telus. I really don't like that one .

Looks like there's going to be 4 retail spaces in 18 York alone, with another 5 in Bremner Tower, and that small street front unit in 18 York is actually a two floor opportunity. Screenshots from the pdf above.
