Kind of surprised at this; would have thought developers would 'step down' from the Soho site adjacent to the south. It would be fine for the corner of Carling and Champagne, but this is right next to the park.
I would keep the southernmost tower and have something mid-rise stepping down to lowrise near the border of the park.
