I hear from lawyers in this city that we have a number of judges that will hear this type of case and find the man guilty and a couple of judges that will dismiss the case if it is one persons word against another. Sounds like a crap shoot. "So much for justice." I hope Dan MacLellan you have a really good lawyer and the right judge.

Sounds like you have no idea how the Criminal Code or the justice system works in this country.
