Man, homeless people love the Atrium. Wow!

So many people on government checks hang out at that place. They really need to do something to bring it upscale and flood out the poor people. At least make it so enough rich people are there you don't notice the homeless people. Kinda like at the Eaton Centre.. so many people it's hard to spot the homeless peeps.

I spoke to soon, right next door, the new Womens Housing Shelter has been built on Elm, so I guess they can cater some of their stores towards these people living here.

This place needs a major overhaul. Target, or Marshalls.. ? whatever, just do it already!!
