I just drove by this site yesterday and thought the lot could be put to good use, and now this! I tells ya, TO is just not stopping .. if only the waterfront neighbourhood could feel more connected to the lake, and more like a neighbourhood. Also, I used to always see renders of all the things! Are there any up-to-date renders of the TO skyline with all proposals and u/c buildings?
