I wish they would upgrade the #17 on Vancouver Island to full freeway grade in a single project (instead of one interchange every 10 years it seems, hehe).
On the Provincial website it does give a vague timeline of 20 years to twin the #1.
I really, really, really wish that at least the #1 in Canada was under federal jurisdiction. BC really did get the short end of the stick when comes to building highways, haha.
