Awesome construction update!
For perspective on Crum & Forster, here's a picture I took of it:
I'm no architecture buff, but it does seem like the majority of the cool features are in the front of the building. Also, it's not
just the facade. It's the first 50-odd feet of the 150' long building. It appears the whole wider front part in the front will be saved, as well as a small part of the skinnier portion in the middle.
