This was NYC's last big oppertunity to build on such open land. The size of the area is much more than the WTC site. This was NYC's chance to build a 21st Century Rockefellar Center, and they far surpassed my expectations. I KNOW there will be more people visiting this area than the WTC. I just think they have to work a bit more on designing western yards, but the eastern is pitch perfect and it shouldn't be touched one bit.
