Sorry, I thought they were from the census. However, it does specifically say that there are 45,000 residents, not workers, downtown, and of those 45,000 there is a median income of $86,000. Yes, many people in the survey were not from downtown, but the facts mentioned in the article specifically pertain to the people who do live downtown.
