This is why I like Sony. The prograde lens are made by Zeiss. Really good stuff. A friend of mine has a few of them: 35mm f1.8, 24-70f2.8, 135 f1.8 and the 16-35 f2.8. All are really wicked lens with remarkable clarity. Totally worth $1200 or so they cost.
