Here are a few of the newest renderings of the 20th and Chestnut project proposed by the Nichols Partnership.
The project will include 312 residential units, a 30,000 square foot grocer, and three other retail spaces. Most of the parking will be below grade.
The project goes before the Planning Board next week.
