Seeing as the new plant will be adding $2 mil annually to the tax revenue stream, plus an extra $1 mil per year in water fees, it won't take long at all to recoup the cost of servicing this business park. And sooner, as more tenants fill the remaining real estate in the business park. Let's not forget the $2.5 mil development fees we'll be collecting from Maple Leaf too. But all that is nothing in comparison to the approx $50 million in annual paycheques that will be issued on site.

As a side note, I have it on good authority that the pasta plant that Maple Leaf has on Brockley will be continuing operations and is not affected by the restructuring announced this week.
