Hah, Keith and I agree again. Shannon is next to a highway, which is not the same as easily accessible from the highway. Anyone who has used that tiny ramp off the bridge to go buy a macpass knows what I am talking about. To really link that site into the highway you would need to create a proper interchange there, which is not going to be cheap.
I think that if it has to go off the peninsula that Dartmouth Crossing makes more sense....
