It sounds like your boss and my boss (another psycho bitch) should get in the ring with razor knives and fight to the death....both of theirs.
My boss keeps getting fatter while I wither away to nothing. As I mentioned before she has a voice that's equivalent to biting into foil and having it hit a filling, her ass is as wide as a billboard, she knows nothing about her job but thinks she does (which is very dangerous), she has a laugh that makes my hair fall out and most adults, dogs and children run when they hear her rumbling, Godzilla sounding footfalls coming towards them.
She's not a baby boomer, she's at least 20 years younger than me.

The worst part is I like (or at least LIKED) my job until she showed her big fat face two years ago. I've just been biting my tongue, waiting for her to get fired for doing something stupid which is a daily thing, but....nothing! I know everybody hates her but nobody will fire the bitch.
