I'm not too concerned, 4800 Yonge is a decent design for North York. With all due respect to North York Centre, it's still a secondary/tertiary skyline for Toronto. If we do get a significant office proposal, I'd much prefer to have it for the downtown core. 45 Bay is supposed to be an interestingly designed building, there's also a half-a-dozen or so office projects in the works scattered throughout downtown.
