There was another article on the Barrington Street parcel up for sale between Kent and Green Streets in
ANS tonight. According to this article two local firms and a foreign developer from Dubai (now living in HRM) have expressed interest in purchasing the site. The developers have stated interest in building a 8-storey, 160 unit building.
