I think this may have been posted on this site before at some point in time(?), but I came across this proposed development by Ehrenburg Homes for Sask Cres right across from Rotary Park. This development would have wonderful river views and also looks across to River Landing.
Unfortunately, when I contacted the real estate agent responsible, the response was this is on hold until other Ehrenburg developments are completed. I think they are missing out on an opportunity to capitalize on one of the very few 'river front' pieces of land to be developed.
