And I've heard that all the financing WAS, in fact, in place, and that they are simply waiting for tenants to built the office portion. On account of someone saying that Korean companies coming to Los Angeles would fill the office tower, you are right on the money. I know that Korea Air has a big stake in this, and that tower might be a good place for their U.S. headquarters...
