I-80 Omaha to Cheyenne is the most boring stretch I've been on. I enjoy the desert scenery of some other stretches of empty highway.
US 2 from Cut Bank, Montana east to god knows where is hellish too.
I have Alaska and N.Dakota left to visit.. I want to go to Alaska, N.Dakota will have to be visited most likely the next time I have to drive cross country, and take I-94 across, which is probably pretty awful itself.
