If memory serves me correct, there are single family homes right by one of the towers in the St. Joseph's villa project. It was the homes on Walnut Grove that caused much of the issue as the tower was going to be right by those homes. The 2nd tower proposed right at Governors and Ogilve is probably less an issue.
